The weekend was walking by many neighborhoods of Buenos Aires and i was sorprised about as many Buildings in construction are wherever. Every block has one of those brand new apartments done or in procces of construction. It hapened in spain and USA ( most MIAMI) a couple of years ago and the cycle was during 5 or 6 years aproxly. Here in Argentina most of the people are asking itself or other people about it. It will maintain this explotion of investments in properties from local people and foreigners ??
The goverment keep for next season and we will see next movements on the market. It appears as has come to stay for long time...
