In Buenos Aires you can find different apartments style, for example the new ones and the old ones, the first group has the last technology at the apartment and a lot of amenities in the building, such us Swimming pool, Sauna, etc, there are located in neighbourhoods like Palermo, Las Cañitas or Puerto Madero. The second group it is a totally different type, the most important things in these cases it is to keep the old style with big doors, big windows and old furniture, you can find this apartments in San telmo or Congreso for example. In the last two years the apartments in Buenos Aires had been changed prices more than what everybody expects, beside that, the conditions also changed and it is not easy get a place to rent for two year with a normal contract, for example there are a lot of Real Estate companies who ask to the customers two properties guarantee instead of one or three months damage deposit instead of one. Therefore many people are getting into the temporary rent circle where the apartments are furnished and equipped and there is not necessary make a two years contract neither has a property guarantee, those things make the way to rent and apartment easier and give more time to find a nice and cheap place in Buenos Aires.

The weekend was walking by many neighborhoods of Buenos Aires and i was sorprised about as many Buildings in construction are wherever. Every block has one of those brand new apartments done or in procces of construction. It hapened in spain and USA ( most MIAMI) a couple of years ago and the cycle was during 5 or 6 years aproxly. Here in Argentina most of the people are asking itself or other people about it. It will maintain this explotion of investments in properties from local people and foreigners ??
