It is wire but truth, the apartment prices in Buenos Aires are getting closer to the apartments prices in cities like Madrid, Roma or Washington, of course Buenos Aires does not has the same infrastructure, but this is the reality; Beside this, people still buying old apartments all around Buenos Aires and we think that the prices will still going up in the next years.
