Old and expensive Apartments

The prices of the old apartments in Buenos Aires had suffer an interesting increase in the last 10 months, this is because the pieces of the lands, the rents and pre-construction had increase too. It is wire but truth, the apartment prices in Buenos Aires are getting closer to the apartments prices in cities like Madrid, Roma or Washington, of course Buenos Aires does not has the same infrastructure, but this is the reality; Beside this, people still buying old apartments all around Buenos Aires and we think that the prices will still going up in the next years.

The prices of the apartments in Argentina had increased 10% on this year, but the different between now and last year it is that the sales are getting lower more than 25% . This tendency it is not having place only in Buenos Aires, all around the country the prices still going up and people are not buying apartments or houses like past years, therefore the prices unfailingly after a few month must change slowly, mostly in Buenos Aires where a regular apartment in Palermo with one Bedrooms could cost around U$S 65.000. The pass of the time will tell us if the variability are right or not.
